I played a dual role on NVIDIA's large-scale digital twin asset library: contributing assets directly while also overseeing the creative quality and timeline of the broader team. I established visual standards, reviewed work across contributors, and kept production on track for a library that now underpins factory and environment simulation pipelines globally. This project marks my clearest transition from individual contributor to creative leadership, managing both output quality and team delivery.
